The purpose of this message is to bring your attention to the 3rd BR INTERPORE CONFERENCE ON POROUS MEDIA 2019 which will take place at LNCC in the city of Petropolis during the period August 5 - 9, 2019.

Online submission of abstracts for contributed talks or posters is now open till March 31, 2019 (see http://www.interpore2019br.lncc.br/#deadlines).
If approved by the scientific committee (http://www.interpore2019br.lncc.br/#scicommittee) the contribution will be selected for oral or poster presenting.
The scientific program will focus on the recent advances in the research, methods, and theory of (but not limited to):
€ Fundamental mathematics of porous media flows (Theory, Computations and applications)
€ Numerical Simulation HPC
€ Petroleum science and technology (Theory, Computations and applications)
€ Digital Imaging (micro-CT images, Pore-scale imaging & modeling, upscaling of pore-scale forces)
